What material do you use in your Custom Neon signs?
Our custom neon signs comprise LED flex placed on high-quality acrylic. We use sMDs in LED flex, enclosed in PVC or silicone tubing. Ul/CE-approved adapters power all the signs.
Is there a warranty on my neon sign?
Yes! All our neon signs come with a manufacturing guarantee covering all potential damage. In addition, we cover electrical components with a three-year warranty. But please note that the replacement of any product varies depending on the cause and level of damage.

What colour can I choose?
When designing your LED neon signs, you have a wide choice of colour possibilities to pick from.
There are 12 colour options for you. Of 12, eight colour selections turn white when turned off. The remaining have a colour on the LED tubes that makes them vibrant even when turned off.
What font can I choose?
There are over 36 font variants available, including double-lined, block, and cursive fonts. You can also customise your font type to match your personality or writing style.
Will I get design proof?
Once you are satisfied with your neon sign design, click on the ‘add to cart' button. After that, our design maker prepares design proof with all the order details, including pricing, colours, etc. Once you have completed the design look, you can order it. You can make modifications before paying and submitting your final order.
Is it possible for you to construct a sign that I cannot create using your custom tool?
Yes! Of course. All you need to do is contact us if you want to create custom neon signs that are not easy to make with our design tool. We provide an in-house design team to develop the ideal colour, text, and font combinations for your neon signs. We do our best to help you order a neon sign that is not possible to make with our unique tools.
Do you offer a free design service?

How does LED neon differ from traditional glass neon?
Because ordinary glass neon has design constraints, custom LED neon's are superior to regular glass neon. With NeonChamp, you have no limitations. Create custom LED neon lights with whatever design you choose. Let your creativity find an outlet.
- Durability: Traditional neon glass is made of delicate materials that can break easily. On the other hand, LED Neon is made of flexible, high-quality PVCs that are flame retardant, which means no fire danger. This makes LED neon far more durable than classic glass neon. LED neon signs use less electricity and are suitable for use in the house as they stay cool to the touch.
On the other hand, regular glass neon heats up to explode. As a result, they are not long-term or safe to use at home. - Easy maintenance: Traditional glass neon signs need constant care by qualified glass neon technicians, whereas LED neon signs do not.
- Exceptional brightness: Traditional glass neon signs provide 197 Lm/m of brightness, whereas LED neon signs produce 210 Lm/m, which means better quality light. Traditional glass neon signs have a lifespan of only 10,000 hours (about 1 year 1 and a half months), whereas LED neon signs have a lifespan of 50,000 hours (about 5 and a half years)!

What is the best way to hang/wall mount a neon light?
Since NeonChamp's lights are light and durable, you can easily hang them or mount them on the wall. The acrylic backboards of these lights include pre-drilled holes for easy mounting.
We provide a wall mounting or sign mounting kit to help you hang the signs with ease. Just get your fishing wire, rope, and a heavy-duty detachable hook and attach.
If I want only a partial neon sign, is that possible?
Yes, you can purchase a partial neon sign from NeonChamp. We also provide UV printing, which combines the advantages of UV and neon LED lighting.
What are the backboard options?
Neon signs can be mounted on a variety of acrylic backboards. Depending on the style and typeface of your neon signs, you can choose between a rectangular cutout or a curved acrylic backdrop.
If I want only a partial neon sign, is that possible?
You can get a sign that is partially neon. In addition, we offer UV printing that combines the benefits of UV and neon LED lights.

How can I pay for my order at NeonChamp?
After you have finished creating your design, you can check out and pay using any offered choices. There are a variety of online and card payment options available, the most common of which are PayPal and credit cards.
What are your payment and billing T&Cs?
You can pay using PayPal, credit card, or a variety of other methods. Furthermore, orders placed through the official NeonChamp website include secure payment alternatives.
Also, all these payments are only taken now of sale. As a result, you will not have to stress about paying for your personalised LED neon signs when the order is delivered.
We provide invoices for all the orders. When you place an order on NeonChamp, you will receive an invoice in the form of an email that validates your purchase. You can preserve it for future correspondence.

Return FAQs
What is NeonChamp’s return procedure?
We have a no-hassle return policy. Simply take the photo and video of the damaged product and email us with other information. Once we receive all the information from your side, we will send it to our team for further processing.
After seeing the information, you sent us, you must return the defective item in its original packaging if your product is eligible for return. We give you 14 days (about 2 weeks) from the delivery date to return the damaged product. Once we receive the product back, you can expect a full or partial refund, depending on the team's choice, or a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note, we have the final say in the return procedure. This means any decision from our side is final and cannot be changed.
What is your return policy?

What is NeonChamp's Cancellation Policy?
You cannot cancel the LED neon light once the order is placed. Cancellations of orders are only accepted up to a certain point. Our cancellation policy only allows for partial or full refunds in rare circumstances, and you must cancel your order at the appropriate phase.
Can I modify the shipping address after the order is placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address until the LED neon signs are shipped to you. We recommend tracking your purchase before changing the shipping address, as doing so might affect the product's timely and safe delivery. Furthermore, you may be charged additional shipping costs depending on the updated shipment address.
How do I cancel the order?
